Every perk below is something the server can actually hand you: a LuckPerms group, a coloured nameplate tag, Relic Coins in your wallet, and a Discord role. No kits that do not exist, no multipliers we do not run.

We credit what you have already spent on ranks against the new one.
upgrade = new rank price − what you have already paid
The credit is what you actually paid, not today's list price. If a price goes up later, your credit does not change.
You pay
₦0
That is the same tier or lower. Pick a higher rank.
This is an estimate from list prices. Sign in and the rank cards show your exact upgrade price from what you actually paid.
Tiers are earned in the arena before they can be bought. Kills add points, dying loses them, and reaching a tier's point total unlocks the right to buy it. A tier you pay for is yours permanently and can never be lost, however the fighting goes afterwards.
The ladder runs LT5, MT5, HT5, then LT4, MT4, HT4, and so on. The MT rung in each set is earned by fighting and costs nothing: reach it and it is yours. Only the LT and HT rungs are bought here.

We verify the transaction with Paystack directly. The order is only marked paid once Paystack confirms both the reference and the amount.
Your LuckPerms group is granted, your nameplate tag is set and any Relic Coins are paid in. Each command is logged separately.
RelicCore resolves offline players, so coins land whether you are on or not. Anything that fails is retried automatically.
Usually seconds. The commands are sent as soon as Paystack confirms the payment. If the server is restarting, the order waits in the queue and is retried automatically.
Relic Coins are credited to offline players by the economy plugin, so they are simply there when you log in. Rank permissions apply from the moment the command runs.
The new rank price minus everything you have already paid toward ranks. Buy Warrior at ₦3,500 then move to Relic God at ₦35,000 and you pay ₦31,500.
Yes, from your account page, at any time. You keep the rank for the rest of the month you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails you get three days of grace before the rank comes off.
Yes. Ranks are permissions, not items, so a world reset does not touch them.
Check your account page: every command we sent is listed with its status. If one shows as failed, contact us with your order reference and we will re-run it.
