Terms & refunds

Last updated 28 October 2026.

What you are buying

Purchases on this store are digital perks inside the RelicSMP NG Minecraft server: permission groups, a display tag, in-game currency and Discord roles. They have no value outside the server and cannot be exchanged for money.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic. Once the payment is confirmed, the commands are sent to the server. Relic Coins reach you whether you are online or not. Every command we send is listed on your order page with its status, so you can see exactly what landed.

If something does not arrive

Failed commands are retried automatically. If an order still shows a failed delivery after a few minutes, contact us with the order reference and we will re-run it by hand. A delivery that never succeeded is always either completed or refunded.

Refunds

Because perks are applied to your account immediately, purchases are not refundable once delivered. We will refund in full where a purchase was not delivered and cannot be, where you were charged twice for the same order, or where you were charged the wrong amount.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback removes the purchased perks from your account and may result in a store ban, whereas almost every problem can be fixed directly and faster.

Subscriptions

Monthly ranks run for 30 days at a time and we remind you before each one ends. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep the rank until the month you have already paid for ends. If a renewal payment fails you get a three-day grace period before the rank is removed. We email you three days before a renewal.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and may change. A price change never affects an order already placed, and never reduces upgrade credit you have already earned. Ranks may be withdrawn from sale; that does not remove a rank you already own.

Account security

We verify ownership of a Minecraft account with a code whispered to you in game. Never share that code. Perks are delivered to the verified account and cannot be moved to another one.

Not affiliated with Mojang

RelicSMP NG is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
